About us
We are a family owned and run company and have been involved in food production
since the turn of the last century. Since the 1950's, we have been producing
authentic recipe pastes, sauces and other cooking ingredients for export world-wide.
Despite the scale of our business, we continue to source fresh produce from families
of growers in northern Thailand with whom we have been dealing with for generations.
It is this policy - we call it 'natural selection' - that ensures the consistent
high quality that characterises all our products.
