Mungsawirut is a vegetarian season held in Thailand in late autumn.
For 9 to 10 days, buddhists avoid all meat and seafood as a way of
cleansing and purifying the body and soul.
Products sold as vegetarian often contain minute quantities of
fish sauce or shrimp paste.
However, our vegetarian range
contains no animal or fish, or
artificial ingredients of any kind and are the only ones approved
by the UK Vegetarian Society.
